These homeowners had an extensive amount of insect and water damage with poor flashing and house wrap.

PBS installed James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding Hardie Plank with Hardie House Wrap around the entire dwelling and tape around all seams including windows. Siding color is Monteray Taupe. We used a 4” reveal and installed Arctic White Hardie Trim on all windows & doors. We also installed frieze board, water table, vented & non-vented soffit and fascia as well as Trex Decking on the back and front of the home. These homeowners are thrilled with the high quality and low maintenance products and our attention to customer satisfaction.
