We encourage our crews to work creatively, collaboratively, and politely in order to deliver quality installations with a fun, friendly atmosphere. We truly focus on continuously cultivating and educating a fantastic team of workers that any homeowner would feel comfortable with at their property.
We have a thorough screening and hiring process for all new crew members to ensure they pass all background checks and have valid workers compensation. In return, we offer a rewarding career, including benefits and 401Ks, with one of the country’s top-rated home improvement companies. Our administrative staff will help you with life-goals, action plans, and other business focused tasks to harness your career in this industry. We make a difference in people’s lives by helping to keep them safer, more comfortable, happy, and thriving. If you’re looking to join a company that accepts tardiness, laziness, rudeness, or negativity, you won’t be a match. Our homeowners are our priority and professionalism, drive, and an eagerness to learn are mandatory for all PBS employment opportunities.
At Professional Building Services, we truly invest the time in our workers to provide them with the skills and drive to make a lifelong career out of their passion for construction, design, and overall craftsmanship. With patience and organization, we identify their strengths and goals in order to help them up climb up our carpentry ladder. They excel from a beginning carpenter straight out of their trades’ internships to full-fledge foremans who run their own crews. We fully train our teams to exceed state, national, and partnership codes. Our crews are graduates of Trex, Azek, James Hardie, Owens Corning, Andersen, and Certified Contractor Network Universities & Plant Tours, certified in Lead Disposal and with Installation Masters USA, and are frequently trained on-site by our partners’ industry leaders to be up to date on the latest techniques and products. Our crew members aspire for greatness and are proud of their completed projects all over New England. It does not go unnoticed by our homeowners. You will see their names repeatedly mentioned in reviews and social media commentary. Their friendly faces are also featured in our published articles in Professional Deck Builder Magazine and Fine Homebuilding Magazine.
Our crews are our family and we appreciate all of the excitement and skill they bring to our company. We cheer each other on, celebrate one another’s successes, and even get together with our families over a nice dinner or a BBQ on the lake. We hire veterans who especially love working with homeowner veterans. Veterans hold a special place in our hearts as Peter’s father fought in WWII as a Navy man. We are incredibly grateful for our veterans and the strong work ethic, leadership and professionalism they bring to our team. We’re blessed to have so many wonderful crew members on board and cannot wait for you to meet them!
