About This Project
This family added a portico to the scope of work during a siding consultation process. They wanted to make it pop with metal railing and roofing!
Professional Building Services prepped the hip ledger for the new roofline, fixed all water damage and rot, and flashed the connection point with Grace Ice & Water Shield. We built the gable roof and installed Metal Roofing in Matte Black, which compliment the new Trex metal railing. We trimmed out around the roofline in PVC Fascia and vinyl beadboard ceiling underneath. The portico is supported by two PVC square pilars with Tucan bases.
Our favorite part about this portico is the accent of Hardie Straight Shingles in the gable peak!
