Portico Installation In North Andover, MA

This homeowner was a builder himself and took a lot of time making sure the contractor he hired was the right fit! He reached out to us to do a siding and trim project, and decided to have us reframe his portico roof at the same time.

Professional Building Services prepped the hip ledger for the new roofline, fixed all water damage and rot, and flashed the connection point with Grace Ice & Water Shield. We built the roof and installed Metal Roofing in Matte Black to add a modern accent and improve curb appeal. We trimmed out around the roofline in PVC Fascia and refreshed the vinyl beadboard ceiling.

In changing the shape of the roofline, we helped waterproof and redirect a poorly designed portico and added that “wow” factor for the neighborhood.
