Our Deck Design Services
At Professional Building Services we are a nationally awarded Design-Build company & have the best creative minds in the industry. With a wide range of design expertise our team has the ability to construct a variety of different decks on various landscapes- tailoring our services to you. As one of the very few contractors in the New England area with a true oven to curve decking and railing into the design of your dreams. We even have our competition call us to curve for them. In the first phase of our design process we provide you with a 2 hour onsite consulting visit where we walk through your design requirements. During this time we bring yard stakes and tape to mark out the area of the project and discuss a wide range of tops including size requirements, furniture layout, and accessories!
Once your visit and consultation is complete our team will provide you with 2 different drafts of the deck. These drafts will be fully equipped with structural plans drafted on our state-of-the-art CAD software, which offers 3D renderings, side views, and angle shots with all specifications and measurements.
Finally in the design process you will choose your design and our decking team will get started on curating your dream deck!
