At Professional Building Services, we are a team comprised of the most influential and creative minds in the entire decking industry. In addition, we are one of the very few contractors in the New England area with a true oven to curve decking and railing into the design of your dreams. At the beginning of the Azek design process, you will meet with our team, who will provide you with a two-hour on-site consulting visit. This visit will allow us to walk through your property and discuss any design requirements or restrictions. In addition, during this process, we will utilize our own yard stakes to mark out the area of the project and discuss a wide range of tops, including size requirements, furniture layout, and accessories!
Once your initial on-site visit has been completed and our team has a solid grasp of what you are looking for, we will provide you with two drafts of your future deck. These two drafts will be equipped with structural plans drafted and perfected using our state-of-the-art CAD software, which offers 3D renderings, side views, and angle shots with all specifications and measurements.
Finally, in step 3, you will get to choose the deck of your dreams! Once you have selected the rendering you like the best, our decking team will start curating your dream deck at your property!
