This home in West Newbury, MA received the full PBS treatment and now has an incredible curb appeal. PBS installed Hardie House Wrap, James Hardie Cedarmill Plank Siding in 5 inch Reveal Heathered Moss & Sail Cloth Board and Batten with Hardie Friezeboard on garage peak.
We installed 5 inch Hardie Arctic White cornerboards and 4 inch window and door trim. PBS also installed Hardie Soffit, Fascia, and Shadowline in Arctic White. We also accented the home with a 6 inch full decorative water table and water table cap in white & deign built a brand new black metal garage eyebrow with corbels.
For the existing farmers porch, we reroofed with black metal to match the new garage eyebrow, demoed the existing lattice and railings and installed white vertical panel lattice on the left side with Versetta Stone Plum Creek on the front. We reframed the front entry doort to accommodate a stunning curved top Andersen Door & also reframed the back deck entry to allow two large patio doors where a single entry door existed previously. This is definitely one of our all time favorite houses!
