PBS is very good at what they do. It was a pleasure to have them manage the project. Every matter was easy and informative. All of the little things matter to the team, including cleaning up every day before leaving. I reviewed many sites and contractors and felt that PBS passed all of the checks and balances important when doing a home remodeling project. I was most satisfied with the quality of work—the team did a great job. Second, I was impressed with the speed in which any issues were identified and resolved. I had a direct line to the head of the company if needed, although it was never needed. We will absolutely use PBS in the future. We’d like to recognize our project consultant Jordan for getting us moving (decisions are hard and she helped my wife choose colors and design styles), our project manage Joe for keeping the project moving & the owner Pete is a pleasure to do business with.
