About This Project
These homeowners initially reached out to us for James Hardie Siding and added the portico and windows and doors upon consultation. They wanted to increase the efficiency of their home and were sick of their drafty windows and door. Especially the maintenance of painting and replacing the screens.
PBS helped homeowners select the top only grid pattern on the windows with Grids In Between Glass (GBG) and Tilt Wash feature for easy cleaning. The pre-finished white window paint and mahogany Prismaguard factory stain were guaranteed low maintenance solutions. We also helped them with their front door design, changing the sidelites to full sidelites so their dog can say ‘hi’ to all his neighborhood friends. The Classic Craft Therma Tru door is embossed like wood but made of extremely durable Fiberglass—an absolute no-brainer.
