Homeowners Issue Before PBS: 

This homeowner had 1 layer of cedar plank siding that was entirely rotted & would no longer hold paint. She expressed frustration with constantly needing to upkeep the exterior envelope of the home and that it wasn’t as efficient as she would’ve liked. She needed an easy solution that would benefit the entire structure of the home & liked that James Hardie Siding protects against bugs and mold.

Therma Tru Front Door & Garage Doors

PBS installed James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding Hardie Plank with Hardie House Wrap around the entire dwelling and taped around all seams including windows. Siding is a 5″ reveal Cedar Mill in Hardie’s Color Plus Monterey Taupe. We also added Hardie Window & Door Trim and Sills, Hardie Fascia, Hardie Soffit, and Hardie Corner boards in Arctic White. We also installed a new Therma Tru front entry door & garage doors.

This homeowner loved the constant communication from design, to production to registration of her project. She was blown away by the skill level of our crews & the friendliness of all office and production staff. She says the quality of the materials and install gives her a tremendous peace-of-mind.
