Winchester MA Siding, Windows, and Doors 

This home in Winchester, MA was super fun. These homeowners selected us for our exterior expertise in older home remodeling. Our combination of virtual and in-person consultations made the selection process a breeze while both homeowners were in different states.

PBS repaired structural rot and installed Black Andersen 400 Series Replacement Windows. We installed Hardie House Wrap, James Hardie Cedarmill Plank Siding in 5-inch Reveal Arctic White with 5 inch Hardie Arctic White corner boards, and window and door trim. PBS also installed Hardie Soffit, Fascia, Shadowline in Arctic White.  The PVC Crown, Picture Frame Window Sills, and 6 Inch Water Table decorative details really keep the charm to this older home.

We completely rebuilt the patio French door as the existing doorway was Mickey-Moused with an insufficient header and no chance of functioning properly. We also Andersen Storm Doors & Therma Tru Entry Doors and fixed their custom basement windows.
