Winchester home was in a dire need of an upgrade and Professional Building Services was able to give it the face lift they needed!

These homeowners had recently moved to the area and wanted to give their new home a complete exterior makeover. They had 1 layer of T-111 siding from 1975 that had significant woodpecker and water damage. Due to the age of the house, there was no existing house wrap & the soffit size was insufficient for the overall size of the house.

The homeowners wanted a proper solution to the T-111, which involved PBS completely stripping the existing material & installing quality plywood on the entire house before installing the James Hardie Siding. PBS installed James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding Hardie Plank with Hardie House Wrap around the entire dwelling and taped around all seams including windows. Siding is a 7″ reveal Cedar Mill in Hardie’s Color Plus TimberBark. We also added Hardie Window & Door Trim and Sills, Hardie Fascia, Hardie Soffit, and Hardie Corner boards in Arctic White. We also demoed the front porch & slider, installed a new window and 2 Trex Select Decks in Saddle with Railing.

These homeowners were awesome to work with through and through. They couldn’t have been happier with the end result & the attention to detail we provided with their unique house layout & existing T-111 siding.
