About This Project
These homeowners needed to completely transform their back yard with a new sliding door, decking, and pool.
Professional Building Services demoed the existing deck & installed new helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a ground contact rated pressure treated wood framing. We installed Trex Select decking in Pebble Gray and Trex Select Railing with black round metal balusters. We reframed the back window into a new Harvey Sliding door going out onto the deck and framed in the underneath for storage with white vinyl lattice.
These homeowners were so happy that they also hired us to do their roofing!
