About This Project
This homeowner did not want to paint their deck anymore and kept running into issues of nails being pushed out of their aged, rotting deck. They felt comfortable with Joe during the design phase and wanted to get started ASAP!
Professional Building Services demoed the existing deck & installed new helical piles to properly support the deck . We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a 28 x 12 ground contact rated pressure treated frame. We installed Trex Transcend decking in Tropical color Havana Gold with Trex Select White railing and black round metal balusters. We installed PVC fascia skirting along the decking and stairs.
Now this family can walk barefoot to and from the pool without any splinters!
