West Newbury MA Hardie Siding

This home in West Newbury, MA received the full PBS treatment. A few years prior, we remodeled their back deck with Trex Transcend Island Mist Decking and Black Round Metal Balusters. We were  honored when these homeowners decided to hire us again for this project.

PBS installed Hardie House Wrap, James Hardie Cedarmill Plank Siding in 5 inch Reveal Deep Ocean Blue with Hardie Shingle Straight Accented areas. The Hardie 8 inch cornerboards, 5 inch window and door trim, fascia, and soffit in Arctic White is a great contrast that makes the blue siding really pop! We also love the 10 inch watertable and water table cap around the house. The Arctic White friezeboard detail, 3 inch crown on the windows, and 5 inch crown on the doors really amp up the overall curb appeal.

We also design built 3 eyebrows with architectural shingles. One over the 3 stall garage, one over the bay window, and one over their basement slider. Finally, we installed brand new gutters, downspouts, gutter guards,Therma Tru entry door with sidelights and Andersen 10 Series storm door. These homeowners have become great friends of ours during this entire remodeling experience and love being references for our potential prospects.
