West Boylston MA Hardie Siding, Deck & Windows

Professional Building Services was in West Boylston Massachusetts this past Feb(2018) and gave this house a HUGE upgrade with a complete remodel of their exterior.

Problems Before: 

They had 1 layer of lead positive siding that was peeling, rotted, and sun spotted. Due to the age of the house, there was no existing house wrap & the soffit size was insufficient for the overall size of the house. This houses needed a complete overhaul.

PBS installed all new Harvey windows &Therma Tru Fiberglass doors, Trex Decking on the front and back of the house, and James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding in Hardie Plank. We installed Hardie House Wrap around the entire dwelling and taped around all seams including windows. Siding is a 5″ reveal Cedar Mill in Hardie’s Color Plus Monterey Taupe. We also added Hardie Window & Door Trim and Sills, Hardie Fascia, Hardie Soffit, and Hardie Corner boards in Arctic White. We also installed blow in insulation in their walls for better efficiency.

This homeowner bought her house wanting to remodel everything about it & was thrilled with the end result. She was pleased with how quickly and efficiently our crew worked and her heating and cooling costs lowering. She assures us that she will be repeated customer very soon!
