The homeowner needed a new, safe deck for his family.
PBS demoed the existing deck, dug new helical piles, built new PT framing & attached it to the ledger of the house, and created a Trex Transcend Decking & Trex Select Railing beauty. This 16 X 12 deck has Trex Tropical Color Island Mist with Picture Framing detail, White Fascia, Stairs, & Post Sleeves and Caps with Black Round Metal Balusters.
This homeowner is extremely happy with his new deck and how efficient our crew was from consulting to design to execution of production. We’re excited for our local homeowners to enjoy their new curb appeal & Trex Rain Escapes Dryspace for storage.
