About This Project
These homeowners decided to add a front deck, back deck, and 3 season room to their scope of work soon after we completed their Owens Corning Roof System & James Hardie Siding & Trim projects.
Professional Building Services built 3 decks: one open deck in the front entrance, one in the 3 season room, and on open deck attached to the room. We installed Trex Transcend decking in Tropical Spiced Rum with Trex Transcend Vintage Lantern railing. The white posts & fascia have post cap lighting and riser lighting which really is a “wow” feature lakeside. The black round metal balusters also look amazing and creates better sightlines on the water.
They loved the work so much that we built a matching loading dock for their boat and jetskis!
