These homeowners were referred to us by one of our other customers a few years prior and decided to hire us to do the full exterior envelope on their main house and detached garage. They loved dark accents and playing around with siding profiles.

Professional Building Services demoed 1 layer of wood siding before installing Hardie House Wrap. We installed James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill Plank in Colorplus finish in Night Gray on the main level and James Hardie 16 Inch Board & Batten in Colorplus finish in Iron Gray. We also installed Hardie 5 inch corner board trim, 4-inch window trim in Hardie’s Midnight Black. We installed Hardie Soffit & Fascia in Hardie’s Midnight Black. During this process, we installed whole house Harvey Classic new construction windows with black exterior and white interior,Versatex accents along the 1st/2nd level overhang and front entryway, metal roofing in black, black gutters & downspouts, and a Therma Tru entry door.
