About This Project
These homeowners reached out to us because of their failing cedar siding. They also had several windows and doors that had significant rot were extremely breezy. They needed a contractor that could give them the total package!
PBS installed Hardie House Wrap, James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill Plank Siding in Colorplus finish in Evening Blue with Hardie Shingle accents on the dormers and mudroom gable. The Hardie 4 inch corner boards, 4-inch window and door trim, fascia, and soffit in Arctic White help make the cape cod style home look even bigger. We love the crown detail on the first floor windows.
With 5 kids involved in a lot of sports, building a mudroom on the front of the home was an absolute must! It was the perfect time to build this portico conversion to a mudroom & the before-after photos are one of our absolute favorites!
