These homeowners reached out to us for our exterior expertise in converting this old camp cabin into their dream retirement home. They were extremely thorough in vetting contractors and selected us for our Elite Preferred status with Hardie and production processes. They also wanted to hire someone who would eventually transform their back covered porch and decking in the future, which we were hired to do two years later!

Professional Building Services installed Hardie House Wrap on the existing siding sections and installed James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill & 5 Inch Straight Shingle in Colorplus finish in Evening Blue. We installed Hardie 4 inch corner board trim, 4-inch window and door trim in Hardie’s Arctic White. We also dressed up the home with a 6 inch PVC water table and water table cap along the bottom of the home & a Hardie Friezeboard, Soffit & Fascia in Arctic White. We love the corbels in the peaks of this home and how it really highlights the shingle profile contrast.
