This homeowner has been admiring our work for years. Their neighbor across the street did their entire exterior envelope (windows, doors, decking, roofing, siding) with PBS and had a wonderful experience. So when it was time for these homeowners to remodel their childhood home, they knew exactly who to call!

Professional Building Services did a 2-layer siding strip of vinyl and lead positive siding before installing Hardie House Wrap. We installed James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill Plank in Colorplus finish in Mountain Sage for a modern, less busy look. We also installed Hardie 5 inch corner board trim, 4-inch window and door trim, and Hardie Soffit & Fascia in Hardie’s Arctic White. We also dressed up the home by installing a PVC water table. During this process, we installed whole house Harvey Slimline windows, several Therma Tru entry doors, Andersen storm doors, gutters, and Owens Corning roofing.

We worked dilgently with these homeowners to ensure the look was exactly to the wife’s dreams and the materials passed the engineer husband’s requirements. What a complete transformation! We received the nicest handwritten thank you letter from these homeowners and are so happy they were pleased with the PBS experience!
