Siding Installation In Atkinson

These homeowners reached out to us knowing that they were going to sell their home within 5-years. ROI was a huge factor in them looking into a Hardie system, as well as creating peace-of-mind from all their woodpeckers. They were extremely thorough in vetting many certified homeowners. We were so excited to design and remodel this home!

Professional Building Services demoed the existing vinyl siding and installed Hardie House Wrap. We installed James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill in Colorplus finish in Evening Blue. We installed Hardie 5 inch corner board trim, 5-inch window and door trim in Hardie’s Arctic White. We also dressed up the home with a 6 inch PVC water table. We even helped them select a new front door color to really “pop” against the new siding color.

These homeowners loved all the pre- and post- construction processes we have in place. Jordan reached out to the homeowners when she saw their house on the market and the homeowners were still very happy that they selected PBS and Hardie for their home!
