This family is in the commercial construction industry and vetted many contractors prior to hiring us! Even though they wanted to keep with a similar color pallet, they worked with Jordan on the design aspects of removing shutters & installing crown moulding instead. We also played around with accented shingle profile components and portico re-framing and design.

Professional Building Services demoed the existing cedarplank siding and installed Hardie House Wrap. We installed James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill Plank Siding & 5 Inch Straight Shingle in Colorplus finish in Light Mist. The Hardie 6 inch corner boards, 5-inch window and door trim in Hardie’s Arctic White. We love the 3 Inch Crown Moulding detail on all of the windows and the full 6 inch water table along the bottom of the home.
