These homeowners hired us a couple of years prior to do some work at their main residence. So when they bought a property on the lake that needed some exterior work, they hired us to install new siding, trim, roofing, and decking.
Professional Building Services demoed the existing cedarplank siding and installed Hardie House Wrap. We installed James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill Plank Siding in Colorplus finish in Boothbay Blue. The Hardie 5 inch corner boards, 4-inch window and door trim, fascia, and soffit in Hardie’s Arctic White. We flashes and installed several flower boxes to make sure there were no risk of water getting into the Hardie system.
