Methuen MA Hardie Siding, Windows & Doors

Professional Building Services, a local contractor servicing Methuen, MA provided these new residents with a house remodel that consisted of new siding, windows and doors.

Problem Before: 

They had 1 layer of wood siding that was peeling, rotting, and infested with bugs. The amount and type of sealant around the windows and doors was miminal and the soffit size was insufficient for the overall size of the house. They wanted an entirely new look and better efficiency.

Our Team in Action: 

PBS installed James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding Hardie Plank with Hardie House Wrap around the entire dwelling and taped around all seams including windows. Siding is a 5″ reveal Cedar Mill in Hardie’s Color Plus BoothBay Blue. We also added Hardie Window & Door Trim and Sills, Hardie Fascia, Hardie Soffit, and Hardie Corner boards in Arctic White. We accented their windows, door, and garage with crown decorative trim. Their front door is one of the prettiest we’ve installed! Their Andersen 400 Series windows are stunning and provide these homeowners with peace-of-mind.
