This homeowner hired us to install a James Hardie Siding & Trim project a couple of years prior. So when it was time to do their back deck and side deck, they reached out to us!

Professional Building Services demoed the existing deck & installed new helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a frame in Ground Contact Rated framing. We installed 4 x 4 decking section in Trex Select decking in Pebble Gray and Trex Select with White Railing and posts and Black Round Metal Balusters.

This deck is much safer and is a 100% match the new back deck materials for a cohesive, modern look!
