4 SEASON ROOM WITH OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE
Professional Building Services demoed this pergola and deck and built a new 15 x 20 4 Season room.
These homeowners wanted to completely transform their backyard and have an awesome stay-cation. They started with a Design consultation and collaborated with our exterior experts to create the perfect backyard oasis.
We installed Azek composite decking, railing, and lighting with vertical lattice/gate. The 4 season room has new Andersen with casement windows and a Therma Tru Entry Door. The Versatex stain-look ceiling works well with the decking/railing combo, Fypon PVC pillars and the Versetta Stone we installed over the concrete base of the house. Finally, the custom outdoor kitchen is a showstopper and truly transforms the entire outdoor space. We love the look of all the wood tones with the stone work and tan siding.
