These homeowners interviewed 5 certified James Hardie installers before selecting our company to do the work. The husband is an architect/engineer and very detail oriented—perfect for PBS’ processes and procedures. They were thrilled to have a 1 stop specialty contractor who was certified in the top tier of all low-maintenance product lines. We had a lot of fun designing this home!

Professional Building Services demoed 1 layer of wood siding before installing Hardie House Wrap. We installed James Hardie 7 Inch Cedarmill Plank in Colorplus finish in Khaki Brown for a modern, less busy look. Lessening the amount of horizontal lines on the house helped create the illusion of a taller home and opened up the space quite nicely. We also installed Hardie 5 inch corner board trim, 4-inch window and door trim. We installed Hardie Soffit & Fascia in Hardie’s Arctic White with mesh screens inside the vented soffits. We also dressed up the home by installing black shutters. During this process, we installed Bay and Double Hung Harvey Slimline new constructionwindows, Andersen storm doors, gutters, and Trex decking.

Even though the siding color pallet was similar to the original color, this makeover created a new, fresh curb appeal to give this home life!
