Portsmouth, NH Siding Installation

These homeowners found us as a certified Preferred Installer on the James Hardie website. They were very experience with remodeling projects and had good and bad experiences. They carefully selected us to do the scope of work due to our expertise with Hardie and Harvey Window installation requirements.

Professional Building Services demoed 1 layer of wood siding before installing Hardie House Wrap. The wood siding was the at the end of its life and would not longer hold paint or nails. We installed James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill Plank in Colorplus finish in Monterey Taupe, 12 Inch Board & Batten in Arctic White, and 5 Inch Straight Shingle in Cobblestone. We also installed Hardie 4 inch corner board trim and 4-inch window trim in Hardie’s Arctic White with white PVC door trim. We installed Hardie Soffit & Fascia in Hardie’s Arctic White. During this process, we installed all new Harvey new construction windows and 3 Therma Tru entry doors. Several windows were completely reframed for a new design & made accommodating furniture more manageable for our homeowners. We also reframed the garage door tops and boxed them out.
