These homeowners added this portico renewal their scope of work while we installed their James Hardie Siding, trim, shutters, and back deck privacy wall.

Professional Building Services fixed all water damage and rot along the existing ledger & reflashed rubber roofing. We installed all new crown and dentil moulding in PVC and installed a new Trex Transcend railing system.

In doing this project at the same time as the other projects, this portico remodel really enhanced the overall curb appeal of the home and ensure the absolute best installation.
