North Andover Roof Installation

This homeowner first hired us a couple of years prior to design-build a backyard 3 season room and open deck. They were so satisfied with their PBS transformation that they called us for a siding, trim, and portico build project. Again, they were very happy with our processes and craftsmanship and called us a year later to do their new roof.

PBS installed Owens Corning 6’ Weatherlock ProGrade Ice & Water Shield in all valleys and edges with a vented aluminum drip edge and metal flashing. We also installed ProArmor Underlayment for its strength and reliability. Then, we installed Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Designers Architectural Shingles & Hip & Ridge Shingles on hips & ridges. The color selected is Owens Corning Quarry Gray.
