About This Project
These homeowners heard of us from a local facebook parent group and decided to do a decking project with us. During the design process, they decided to add a siding, trim, portico build project to the scope of work.
Professional Building Services demoed the existing cedarplank siding and installed Hardie House Wrap. We installed James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill Plank Siding in Colorplus finish in Boothbay Blue. We accented the home with 5 inch StraightShingles in Hardie’s Boothbay Blue on the peak of the portico and new screenporch. We also installed Hardie 5 inch corner boards, 5-inch window and door trim in Hardie’s Arctic White with PVC sub sills. We also installed James Hardie 12 inch Vented Soffits & Fascia along the entire roofline.
These homeowners reached out to us last year and had us install a new Owens Corning Roof as well! Such a compliment to be repeatedly asked back!
