About This Project
These homeowners wanted to stick with the same deck design but needed a no-rot, no-decay, and low-maintenance solution!
Professional Building Services demoed the existing decaying decking & installed new supportive helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and built a 25 x 13 frame with G-90 Steel Framing. We installed Trex Select Decking in Gravel Path with white Transcend railing and black round metal balusters.
This family is so happy they no longer have to paint and worry about splinters!
