About This Project
These homeowners found us on the recommend contractors page as the local Trex Pro Platinum expert. Their existing decks were weathered, dangerous, and at the end of its life.
Professional Building Services demoed the existing decaying decking & installed new supportive helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and built a frame with Ground Contact Rated Framing. The main deck is 20 x 16 and the matching Juliet balcony is 7 x 4. We installed Trex Select Decking in Pebble Gray with white Select railing and black round metal balusters. We installed all new vinyl lattice skirting with a double access gate on the back. We also installed a matching Trex stair gate as an extra safety feature.
