Newfields, NH Covered Porch

These homeowners initially hired us a couple of year prior to do a 3 season room at their main residence in Pelham, NH. They loved the PBS production experience and final results so much that they gave us a call to remodel their lakefront property’s open deck with a 3 season room underneath!

Professional Building Services demoed the existing steps, and removed existing front door, side door, and window for a better layout for this family. We installed new piles and built a 10 ft x 5 ft Ground Contact Rated Pressure Treated frame. We reframed the interior wall, which gives access from the new mudroom to the kitchen and installed a new Harvey window and Therma Tru door access to the garage. We then finished the interior with all new insulation and sheetrock. These homeowners did this project at the same time as a siding, roofing, skylight, window and door project, so we made sure that all the materials matched the rest of the house.
