Newburyport MA Hardie Siding

These Newburyport MA homeowners were in dire need of some new and siding and they reached out to the right team at Professional Building Services

Problems Before: 

They had 1 layer of cedar plank siding that was peeling, rotted, and sun spotted. Due to the age of the house, there was no existing house wrap & the soffit size was insufficient for the overall size of the house.

Products Installed:

Siding: James Hardie Fiber Cement
Doors: 3 Andersen Storm Doors
Additional Work: Window & Door Trim & Sills

PBS installed James Hardie Fiber Cement Siding in Hardie Plank with Hardie House Wrap around the entire dwelling and taped around all seams including windows. Siding is a 5″ reveal Cedar Mill in Hardie’s Color Plus Night Gray. We also added Hardie Window & Door Trim and Sills, Hardie Fascia, Hardie Soffit, and Hardie Corner boards in Arctic White. We also installed 3 Andersen Storm Doors!

These homeowners moved into their home a couple year previous to this renovation and were looking forward to doing this project ever since they moved in. Their house is now 100% to their satisfaction and they enjoy all of the compliments on their new curb appeal. We’re planning on doing their roof this year!
