These homeowners were planning a full backyard remodel with an inground pool and pavers. They wanted to a heavily shaded area to provide some relief from the constant sun.

Professional Building Services installed new helical piles large enough to support the weight load of the new pergola. We framed out the hip roof and support posts for the 7 foot x 11 foot pergola. We flashed the roof with felt underlayment, Grace ice & water shield, and archetural shingles to match the main house roofing shingles. We worked with the homeowners electrician to coordinate recessed lights and a center ceiling fan. We installed “wood looking” Versatex PVC in the color Ambe and accented the pergola with custom white PVC corbels.

This family loves having some much needed shade by their new pool for entertaining!
