Newbury, MA Deck Installation

These homeowners were incredible to work with from the first phone call to our office! They had a lot of ideas and saw our expertise in all things exterior and knew we’d have a great partnership to make their home as low-maintenance and beautiful as possible.

Professional Building Services demoed the existing deck & installed new helical piles. We reframed the existing windows and door in this space for better interior and exterior traffic flow and built the new deck around that. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a ground contact rated frame. We installed Trex Transcend decking in Spiced Rum and Trex Transcend Railing with black round metal balusters.

We love the white and black accents on this deck and how they complement the siding trim and new windows & door!
