Nashua, NH Siding Install

These homeowners read some of our articles and featured in Professional Remodeler Magazine and was eager to meet with our project consultants. He knew his existing wood shingles were at the end of their life and would no longer hold paint. He felt so good about the Hardie project that we did a window, door, and decking project at the same time!

Professional Building Services demoed the existing cedarplank siding and installed Hardie House Wrap. We installed James Hardie 7 Inch Cedarmill Plank Siding in Colorplus finish in Evening Blue. The Hardie 6 inch corner boards, 4-inch window and door trim in Hardie’s Arctic White with picture frame sills. We also installed James Hardie 24 inch Vented Soffits & Fascia along the entire roofline and added decorative 6 inch Friezeboard along the bottom of the 2nd story on the front of the house. These homeowners loved contrast so much that we installed a decorative 6 inch PVC water table along the bottom of the entire home.

This home is a great example of how different a house can look even when you stick to a similar color pallet. One of our favorite transformations of 2024!
