Homeowners Issue Before PBS: 

This homeowner in Nashua, NH, needed to have their deck refinished.  Their previous deck was beginning to wear down, and he wanted to replace it with something sturdier and longer-lasting.  Professional Building Services was happy to discuss options for replacing their deck, and they decided on installing Azek brand decking!

PBS installed our clients Azek Vintage Decking.  Our client wanted an outdoor space where he could entertain friends and family, and Azek provided the perfect product for us to build our client’s dream deck.  We removed the old worn-out wood decking that they had, and when we finished installing the Azek Vintage decking, our client’s backyard looked fantastic!  In addition to the decking itself, we added Azek Radiance Brown Stone Railing, fitted with under rail lighting accents all along the porch, as well as on the stairs.

This homeowner was thrilled with their new deck.  From the design to the demolition of the previous deck, to the installation of the new one, the crew was courteous, efficient, and respectful, and our client appreciated the hard work the team put into making their home look fantastic.  They can’t wait to hold late-night parties on their new deck! From the decking to the riser lights, to the picture framing detail, our clients will be enjoying their new deck for decades to come!
