Before & After
About This Project
These homeowners had us install their back deck, lake dock, and 2nd story in-law apartment deck at the same time we did this siding and portico build.
Professional Building Services prepped the new roofing ledger with Ice & Water Shield and ground contact rated wood ledger. We installed an gable roofline, metal roofing & new vinyl beadboard ceiling, and square PVC square pillars. The siding on the portico matches the rest of the house: James Hardie Fibercement Siding & Trim. We also installed a new composite platform in Trex Transcend Decking in Tree House & Trex Select Railing with black round metal balusters.
These homeowners love the portico and how it provides extra shield from the elements and curb appeal!
