Moultonborough Dock Installation

This family needed the complete PBS treatment: siding, portico, dock, multiple decks, and metal roofing. We did a partial dock refresh of railing and decking only (33 x 5) and a new build (14 x 3)

Professional Building Services demoed the existing decking on the existing dock & installed new helical piles on the new dock sections. We build a new ground contact rated pressure treated wood framing with Trex Protect protective layer. We installed Trex Transcend decking in Tree House and Trex Select Railing with black round metal balusters.

This family loves how much bigger and safer their new dock is and the many access points for their fun lake toys!
