Homeowners Issue Before PBS: 

This client in Methuen, MA wanted to replace her worn wooden deck with a product that was easier to maintain. She was tired of getting splinters while she was getting in and out of the pool, so she decided it was time to install some lower maintenance, and higher quality, decking material.  She was looking for something that would not only be easier to maintain but also something that was easier to grip.  Professional Building Services was happy to work together with our client and help her find the perfect material for her deck!

Professional Building Services disassembled our client’s previous deck and installed our homeowner’s new Trex Transcend Decking.  The client needed to replace their deck because it was splintering, and wearing away, as wooden decks do after years of use.  Trex provided the low-maintenance option that our client was looking for! After the crew installed the new decking they added the beautiful cocktail railings in white, which proved to be a wonderful looking accent when paired with the attractive brown finish of the Transcend decking.

Our client was so excited about their new Trex decking!  They were tired of getting splinters, and this new deck not only provided them with a splinter-free material, but it also looks fantastic! The deck is easy to maintain, which our client wanted in their next decking material.  Instead of having to pressure wash, and refinish a wooden deck every couple of years, our client has a wonderful alternative that requires minimal upkeep, and will have an even longer lifespan than the wooden deck would’ve with just a fraction of the attention! Our clients loved the work our crew did, and we were happy to provide them with a beautiful deck that they will be able to enjoy for years to come!
