Merrimack NH Deck

Merrimack, NH Trex Decking –  July 2017

These homeowners hated the rot and water damage of their previous deck. They also wanted to use the finished space underneath their deck but needed a water drainage system so that they wouldn’t get dripped on.

 Professional Building Services built a 12 x 24 & 8 x 10 Trex Transcend Deck in Vintage Lantern with picture framing and fascia. The Trex Transcend Vintage Lantern Railings & Balusters with white posts and caps really give a lot of character to this backyard. This deck is even prettier at night with the Trex post cap, riser, and post lighting. The new pressure-treated frame, which we built on helical piles for maximum bearing strength, has Trex Rain Escapes water drainage solution with beadboard ceilings.
