This family was a referral from one of our previous customers who loved their experience with PBS in terms of project management, communication, and product recommendations. Their next door neighbor had Hardie installed by a contractor who was not an an Elite Preferred installer, and made it clear to us that she did not want us to use those installation techniques, which clearly voided Hardie warranty. That was no problem for our establish and highly trained crew!

Professional Building Services demoed the existing wood siding and installed Hardie House Wrap. We installed James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill in Colorplus finish in Boothbay Blue. and Hardie 5 inch corner board trim, 5-inch window and door trim in Hardie’s Arctic White. We also dressed up the home with new shutters and custom lattice around the front entry steps.
