This family initially reached out for a James Hardie Siding project but added roofing and decking to their scope of work. They needed a low maintenance solution that enhanced their overall curb appeal. They knew if they left the decking out of this project, it would look even worse than before.

Professional Building Services installed Trex Transcend Decking in Rope Swing with a Picture Frame detail. We installed all new helical support piles with ground contact rated PT framing & Trex Protect barrier. To our homeowner’s excitement, the inspector approved no railings required, which really makes the whole home look more inviting and open. We installed new Beadboard Ceiling in white vinyl and installed new PVC pilars. These homeowners love the Versetta Stone Plum Creek Ledgestone fascia deck skirting to tie into their existing stone work around the home.

Even though we worked within the same footprint, this decking project made such a difference to the overall look and function of this outdoor space. The homeowners are thrilled and were so happy with their project that they referred us to their brother who ended up doing their project with us 2 months later.
