About This Project
These homeowners hired us to do roofing, siding, and decking on their home in Georgetown. So when they needed similar work done at their lakefront property, they gave us a call!
Professional Building Services demoed the existing 2 decks & installed new helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and build a frame with Trex Steel Framing. We installed Trex Transcend Decking in Tropical Spiced Rum with Vintage Lantern Trex Transcend Railing and black round metal balusters.
We love how the color choices compliment the new siding and roofing and allow for worry-free barefeet to and from the lake!
