Melrose MA Hardie Siding

This home in Melrose, MA is one of our top favorite transformations. We were thrilled to be selected out of the handful of Hardie contractors that were interviewed. These homeowners were great sports trying to find THE perfect color for their new siding with Hardie’s Dream Collection Selections. Luckily, we worked together to help the wife find a shade that reminded her of growing up in Ireland! We even gave their garage a new look as well.

PBS repaired structural rot and installed Black Andersen 400 Series Replacement Windows. We installed Hardie House Wrap, James Hardie Cedarmill Plank Siding & Hardie Straight Shingle accents in 5-inch Reveal Golden Luster with 5-inch Hardie Arctic White corner boards and window and door trim. PBS also installed Hardie Soffit, Fascia, Shadowline in Arctic White.  The PVC Crown and 6 Inch Water Table decorative details really keep the charm to this older home.
