This landlord wanted to hire a contractor who had excellent customer service and was certified to install Hardie. We were thrilled she selected us to treat the historical looking home properly and ensure it wouldn’t lose its charm!
Professional Building Services demoed the existing wood plank siding and installed Hardie House Wrap. We installed James Hardie 5 Inch Cedarmill Plank Siding in Colorplus finish in Aged Pewter. We installed 6 inch of Grace Ice & Watershield around all the windows and doors.
She liked this project so much that we did a rebuild of the 2 tier side decks and front decks!
